What Is Facebook for Creators

So, what is Facebook for creators? A few days ago Facebook launched a platform for live streaming videos for Creators. Many call it a long-awaited competition for YouTube but is it really so?

These days peops are looking for opportunities to earn extra money or turn hobby income into their main source of living. And yes, following your dreams is wonderful. In fact, our motto here at LoveinLions is Dream Big Reach Far. So, if you are in the middle of the process or looking for a new source or extra income – here is another opportunity for you.

Be aware that this is only available to iOS devices for now. Android devices are still waiting for the release. There is no desktop version of this platform either. But with what YouTube has to offer we might see something created specifically for PCs in the future. In the meantime, let’s stick to that Facebook for Creators is all about your phone and live streams. If you have a good following base on any other platform, this is a good time to engage them and step into the live streaming world of Facebook. If not – it is still a fun toll to play with so why not? 🙂

Done with “What Is Facebook for Creators” Part – now let’s look into…

…a few ways to earn money on Facebook…

Let’s make the branded content to be the first one. I am sure you already know about this but it is very popular across all kinds of platforms including Facebook. And the reason for that is simple: it is a great way to promote any particular brand in exchange to their funds supporting the production. There is also a clear line between branded content and embedded marketing where you create the content and think about where to inject the brand you are working with. With branded content approach you create new content around the brand so the planning and brainstorming stages go the other way around.

Two

The second way to earn the $ is merchandise. So, if you sell stuff like bags, cups, shoes, books and other, your fans can buy it off Facebook. In fact, there are two “sub”-opportunities to earn here. First, thanks to Facebook you can offer your products and/or services to a larger audience. And second, you can use affiliate links to earn some extra cash. Exciting, huh?

Three

Meeting in real life are the perfect way to get out and meet your fans (if you don’t have them yet we all know that eventually you will, right?) in person and sell some tickets, t-shirts, cups or anything similar.

Four

Finally, Ad Breaks are the way to earn money from in-stream ads that play in your videos. It is still in beta but it’s hard to believe that Facebook is not learning from the YouTube’s success. With such giant being stepping on its feet, YouTube has some homework to do to make a leap one more time!

There are other ways to earn but let’s keep this post “What Is Facebook for Developers” short and simple.
